A paper cups wholesale price is never one number. It moves with size, monthly quantity and printing. Here is how to get a rate you can actually compare.
Send your size split
Tell us how many of each size you use in a month — for example, how many 65 ml and how many 150 ml. We reply with a size-wise table you can hold against your current supplier.
Ask for a standing monthly rate
For regular buyers we hold the paper cups wholesale rate for the month instead of changing it every fortnight. A committed monthly quantity nearly always gets a better rate than buying case by case.
Printed paper cups need a minimum quantity
Custom printing needs a higher minimum because the print plate has to be justified. Send your logo and a realistic three-month quantity and we will tell you honestly whether printed paper cups make sense at that volume. Custom runs take around seven to ten working days.
